Techno Industries are Manufacturers of Electric Wire Rope Hoists in various capacities ranging from 250Kgs to 50 Ton. 'TACKLERS' Electric Wire Rope Hoists are designed with modular construction in accordance with IS-3938. Adequate safety factors are kept in mind while making the Hoist Robust.

The Rope Hoists have a machined steel frame, while the Rope Drum is made from seamless pipes / steel plate grooved to take full lift without over-winding. The Drum Shaft has ball bearings to ensure smooth running with gears which are fitted on anti-friction ball bearings in the oil bath lubrication.

The motor confirms to norms as per IS-325, while the wire ropes are designed as per IS-2266 specifications. The Forged Hooks abide to IS-3815 or equivalent. The rope guides are attached to prolong the rope life. Tacklers are known to make flame-proof Wire Rope Hoists confirming tor IS-2148.

This is especially suitable for the hazardous conditions and available for Gas Group I, II A, II B, II C.
